The circular includes regulations regarding Electronic Cigarettes (Vapes) that passengers may carry on flights, with the following provisions:

1. Passengers are only allowed to carry 1 (one) vape on a flight.
2. Vapes must be placed in cabin baggage or in a shirt/trouser pocket.
3. Vapes must have a maximum lithium battery capacity of 100Wh.
4. The vape battery must be in the power off position. If there is no power button, the cartridge must be removed from the vape body.
5. The maximum amount of vape liquid passengers can carry is 100 ml, placed in a bottle and then packed in a plastic bag.
