Shipping Schedule
- Shipping is available Monday – Saturday. Orders placed before 3:30 PM Western Indonesian Time will be shipped on the same day.
- Specifically for Saturdays, orders with JNE & JNT shipping are accepted until 3:00 PM Western Indonesian Time.
- No shipping on Sundays. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Please choose the fastest shipping service if you need the item urgently.
- Each shipping carrier has its own estimated delivery time, which can be seen during the Checkout process.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping fees will automatically appear during checkout, adjusted to your destination address.
- The stated fees are the official rates from the relevant expedition service.
- You can also check the rates through the official website of the chosen shipping service.
Shipping Delay
- Delays may occur at any time, especially if the expedition experiences overload.
- In case of delay, we will inform the customer and ensure the package is still delivered to the destination address.
