Participant Terms and Conditions

Welcome and join the King Of Clouds 2022 competition, an annual national-scale competition.

King Of Clouds has two competition categories, namely Cloud Trick and Cloud Chase. With this competition, we, the King Of Clouds Indonesia committee, hope to discover and nurture new talents and provide a platform to channel hobbies or a means to test skills.

Before participants join the King Of Clouds 2022 competition, we require them to read and comply with the rules and regulations applicable during the King Of Clouds 2022 event. Below are some points you must know and obey:

1. Participants must be 18 years old or above.
2. Participants are required to bring an ID card/driver's license/photo ID.
3. The name on the registration form and the ID card/driver's license/photo ID must be the same.
4. Participants must pay a registration fee of Rp100,000 to BCA account 5105388788 on behalf of Raymond Alexander Widjaja and upload proof of transfer/payment on the registration form.
5. Participants have fully paid the registration fee and have no outstanding payments to the committee.
6. The fee is non-refundable if the participant cancels participation or does not attend.
7. One participant is only entitled to one registration slot per city but can re-register to compete again in the next city (as long as slots are available).
8. Participants fill out the form according to the desired city via the provided link (please scroll down for the link).
9. Participants cannot be represented during re-registration and competition.
10. Participants must wear the KOC shirt during the event.
11. Participants cannot choose shirt size if the size is unavailable.
12. Participants are only allowed to choose one competition category per city, either Cloud Chase or Cloud Trick, and are not allowed to switch (move from Cloud Chase to Cloud Trick or vice versa).
13. Participants must provide the MOD or DEVICE used for the competition in ready-to-use condition and submit it during re-registration.
14. The committee does not provide toolkits or battery chargers for participants.
15. Participants are free to use any device for the competition.
16. Participants are not allowed to enter the committee's area.
17. Participants are prohibited from causing trouble or chaos during the event.
18. Participants must comply with all rules and decisions of the committee and judges.
19. Participants must attend or follow the Technical Meeting held by the committee (if unable to attend, they may be represented).
20. The decision of the committee or judges is final and cannot be contested.
