Vapeboss - Real Madrid coach, Carlo Ancelotti, revealed his good relationship with Liverpool coach, Jurgen Klopp. This moment occurred ahead of the Champions League round of 16 match between Liverpool and Real Madrid, last Wednesday (22/2/2023).

Ancelotti, who previously coached Everton before returning to Real Madrid, said that he is good friends with Klopp. He called Klopp a pleasant person and also mentioned that he once received a vape as a gift from him.

"We have a good relationship; we spent a year and a half together here in Liverpool during the pandemic. We texted, and he gave me a gift, that's true. He's a very pleasant person," Ancelotti said, as quoted by Goal on Tuesday (21/2).

When asked what gift he received, Ancelotti replied, "an e-cigarette."

Playing at Anfield, the match between Liverpool and Real Madrid early this morning was quite intense. It was also the first time in the last five years that the two teams had met, having last faced each other in last season's Champions League final in Paris.

During the match, Liverpool took an early 2-0 lead with goals from Darwin Nunez and Mohamed Salah, followed by 2 goals from Madrid through a brace from Vinicius Junior. In the second half, Madrid came alive, adding three more goals through Eder Militao and a brace from Karim Benzema.

This result gives Madrid a comfortable position for the second leg at Santiago Bernabeu on March 16, 2023. For Liverpool, this is a disaster, as securing a top-four position in the English Premier League remains a distant goal.
