In the process of formulating HPTL regulations, Neily believes that the government needs qualified research results so that the Indonesian Government can explore the long-term impact of HPTL products.

"We recommend that the government conduct research on the effectiveness and long-term safety profile of HPTL products. It also needs to be investigated whether there is an impact of using these products on vulnerable populations such as young people. With comprehensive data and research results on the potential benefits and risks of HPTL, the government can formulate more targeted policies," Neily explained.
