Nowadays, people sometimes tend to have negative views towards vapers. They equate vape products with cigarettes, even accusing vape of damaging users' lungs without any supporting evidence.

Therefore, this time, the admin will share news about vapers who want to fight these negative stigmas, so make sure you read it all the way through...

Approximately 200 vape users in Yogyakarta underwent lung X-rays. This was done by hundreds of vape users at a lab on Jalan Kaliurang km 6 on Friday, December 20, 2019.

The coordinator of the lung X-ray event and a vape activist in Jogjakarta, Tata Jamil, explained that there have been many negative stigmas about vape damaging the lungs. To fight this negative stigma, vape users tried to do X-rays as a form of proof.

Jamil stated, "So far, e-cigarettes or vapor have been considered to contribute to damaging lung health. To prove that this assumption is wrong, we, the vapor users, conducted mass lung X-rays."

Jamil also emphasized, "We want to answer accusations with facts, that's why we dare to have lung X-rays to show that vapers have no health problems, it does not cause wet lungs or other diseases that are stated without scientific evidence."

Jamil's intention is that the X-ray results can prove the condition of vapers' lungs. This mass lung X-ray activity was named #ayoRontgendab by Jamil.

"Around 200 vapor users participated in #ayoRontgendab. We want to prove that the accusation that vapor damages health is not true. In several cities such as Jakarta, Pekanbaru, Surabaya, and Bali, similar joint X-ray events have also been held. The results show that the lungs of vapor users are clean," said Jamil. The X-ray results will then be discussed with health experts in a talk show.

Meanwhile, vape users and vape activists stated that the community in Yogyakarta can commit and will present facts as a basis to answer these accusations. These facts are obtained from the X-ray results that have been carried out.

Then Robert, Jamil's friend, added, "Here, we also socialize legal vapor, and e-liquids with excise duty, making them clearly legal and safe according to Indonesian law. We hope that this joint X-ray action can provide answers because everyone is enthusiastic and not afraid of their lung condition."
