JOIWAY Sales Director, Lei, stated that his company conducted extensive research before choosing Indonesia as their market. One of the reasons Indonesia became their best market is due to the large population of active smokers who still smoke daily.

"We previously conducted research for about 3 years, and it turned out that there are many smokers in Indonesia, especially men, and our research states that 60% of Indonesians smoke every day. This country also has a large population, lenient vape regulations, and a vape culture. Therefore, Indonesia is a good vape market for us," said Lei.

Lei admitted that JOIWAY faced many challenges when marketing its products in Indonesia. Nevertheless, they remain focused on the Indonesian market by continuously developing their products and making many improvements.

"For the Indonesian market, we feel that everything is new, so for us, every morning is a new challenge. We also had some problems for a year and a half, but we kept trying to solve them, and now we feel that we have changed for the better," he said.

As for JOIWAY products, they have currently released 2 types of open pod systems with various color options. However, soon, JOIWAY will release a new product with a concept that has never been used by any other vape brand in Indonesia.

"Until now, we have released 2 pod systems, namely JOIWAY S1 and JOIWAY S1 Nano. In the future, we will release JOIWAY Galaxy with a concept that has never been used by any vape brand in Indonesia," said Lei.

Lei conveyed that JOIWAY is a brand known as a 'youth brand' that tends to be trendy. In addition, JOIWAY also genuinely cares about consumers and its fans by offering a lifetime warranty for its products.

"So we are a brand that represents a trendy 'youth' style. We also have a lifetime warranty to protect JOIWAY consumers. They don't need to worry if there is a problem with a JOIWAY product; they can claim the warranty with our team spread throughout Indonesia," he concluded.
