Vapeboss – Inspections ahead of the AFF Cup 2022 Group A match between Indonesia and Cambodia, which will be held at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium on Friday (23/12/2022), will be tightened. Items such as flares and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the stadium during the match.
The General Chairman of PSSI, Mochamad Iriawan, also known as Iwan Bule, has inspected the venue's readiness and monitored the simulation of spectator mechanisms when heading to the stands.
In addition, he urged prospective spectators who wish to watch the match at GBK Main Stadium not to bring overly large bags. Flares, conventional cigarettes, and e-cigarettes (vapes/pods) are prohibited.
As the organizers do not provide a baggage storage facility, Iriawan emphasized that vapes or pods should be left in their respective vehicles or not brought at all.
"Do not bring overly large bags, flares, conventional cigarettes, or e-cigarettes. It is better to leave them behind and only bring necessary items, as there will be strict checks," Iriawan said.
"Packaged bottled drinks are also not allowed inside and will be transferred to plastic containers. Let's agree on this together so that the success of this event becomes our collective success," he concluded.
Spectator procedures will involve body checks. Male and female security officers will check each spectator to ensure no prohibited items enter the stadium.
