Hello Big Boss!! How are you today? May you always be healthy, your sustenance be smooth, and all your activities be made easy!

PT TNT Grup Indonesia, an e-liquid company from Indonesia, has carried out a horizontal merger or consolidation with Lassi Juice, an e-liquid company from Malaysia. The two companies merged to penetrate the international market by creating their newest product, Hello!.

"The merger of these two companies was carried out by combining ideas and concepts," said Aga Steven, CEO of PT TNT Grup Indonesia.

As the first e-liquid company to acquire an industry in the same field, the merger of PT TNT Grup Indonesia with Lassi Juice marks a new history for the Indonesian vape industry. According to Steven, this is the right decision to reach a wider market.

"A horizontal merger is the right choice for both companies, due to the many opportunities to achieve higher market share and revenue, as well as economic expansion," he said.

Steven also explained that his company chose to collaborate with Lassi Juice because they are an experienced company in the Malaysian vape industry and even one of the best e-cigarette brands in the world.

"If we talk about vape, if we talk about countries experienced in vape, Malaysia is one of the most experienced and best,"

"Lassi, it's one of the strongest vapes in the world. So during the pandemic, many vape companies in Malaysia went out of business, but Lassi was the opposite, they managed to survive and even expanded to other countries," he concluded.

From the collaboration between the two companies, the e-cigarette product "Hello!" was created. Steven believes that the chosen name will have a positive meaning, be easy to remember, and be relatable to the public.

"We want a product that feels close, friendly, and the word 'Hello' we think has a positive context. Almost everyone in the world understands the word 'hello'," explained Steven.

Meanwhile, the Founder or CEO of Lassi Juice Malaysia, Hafizuddin Razak, acknowledged that PT TNT Grup Indonesia has great achievements that led his company to choose to merge. One of the achievements mentioned is the award by Bea Cukai Bandung Awards to PT TNT Grup Indonesia as "Highest Tax Payer" in 2021.

Hafiz himself feels comfortable doing business in Indonesia and calls the country a second home with a unique market.

"For me, Indonesia is not just a neighboring country, but also a second home with a unique market," said Hafiz.
