Flavor-ghosting is that annoying moment when residual flavor from the old liquid still lingers and mixes with the new liquid you just filled.

Imagine strawberry flavored liquid mixing with the residual coffee flavor from last week; it would taste awful. Cleaning your tank thoroughly ensures you get a 100% pure liquid flavor profile.
