BREAKING NEWS!! - VANDALISM AT VAPEBOSS RETAIL STORE

Shopify API - 20 November 2020

Hello big bosses! How are you all doing? I hope you're always healthy and that all your activities go smoothly!

Today (Thursday/11/18/2020), the big family of Vapeboss Indonesia and its supporting communities suffered a mental blow, because today the Vapeboss retail store from the Panglima Sudirman branch was hit by vandalism (a criminal act of destruction, defacement, wild graffiti, and other disturbing things). The vandalism carried out at this Vapeboss retail store was in the form of spray-painting the retail building with green spray paint and sealing the store using all-green attributes.

In the 40-minute video uploaded by the Instagram account vapebossid, there was a lot of bickering between several people.

“Who was the last one on duty last night?” asked Cak Leonardo, Vapeboss influencer, to Glam, a Vaporista at the Vapeboss Panglima Sudirman branch. Glam then answered, “Yesterday I was on duty at the store until 10 pm, before that Sabil (Glam's fellow Vaporista) was there, but Sabil went home at 8 pm.”

Cak Leo and Mr. Chevy, as HRD Vapeboss, also asked Glam if he had asked people around, and Glam's answer was, “I already asked the parking attendant, but the parking attendant didn't know anything.”

“When you were on duty yesterday, did you leave at 10 and everything was fine or what?” added Mr. Chevy.

Then Glam answered, “It was safe, sir, yesterday I was on duty until 10 and it was safe, Sabil also went home at 8.”

Question after question to Glam continued, “Do the vaporista kids here have enemies?” said Cak Leo, then the camerawoman on location, Ms. Erika, added, “Yes, it seems so, there's an enemy, do you really have an enemy?” Mr. Chevy also said, “Have you ever had problems with a customer?” However, Glam's answer was no. Glam claimed that he had no problems at all while he was guarding the store, no problems with transactions or service.

However, apart from the bickering that occurred, if viewed from the artistic side made by these irresponsible individuals, there are many scribbles that read CRMBL WAS HERE, FIND ITS TRUE, CRMBL HERE WE GO. The possibility and conclusion that can be drawn is that there is suspected to be a street art community or similar labeled CRMBL that carried out the vandalism, and it could also be a competitor who from the beginning wanted to compete unfairly with Vapeboss, and individuals who simply disliked the existence of Vapeboss itself.

Furthermore, when the store began to open, Mr. Chevy and Cak Leo instructed Glam to immediately check if any items or stock were missing.

“Nothing is missing, sir, everything is safe,” said Glam.

Mr. Chevy added, “If it's like this, even though we haven't lost a single item, we have still been breached.”

At the end of the uploaded video, this incident actually happened two days ago at the Vapeboss Panglima Sudirman branch, but the visible scribbles were not too thick. On the third day, precisely on Thursday (11/19/2020), the scribbles had started to become thick.

Therefore, because this matter is very detrimental and troublesome, the vandalism carried out by irresponsible individuals will soon be sought out and held accountable by the Vapeboss team.
