"Indonesia is the first Asian country to launch VUSE products," said William Lumentut, President Director of Bentoel Group (BAT Indonesia) in Jakarta, on Monday (27/02/2023).

William stated that due to the high nicotine consumption rate among its population, he decided to first market the product in Indonesia. Additionally, with "A Better Tomorrow" as BAT's slogan, William explained that the company is committed to providing alternatives for adult smokers and nicotine consumers in Indonesia.

VUSE comes in several variants, such as VUSE Go and VUSE ePod, and is priced between IDR 90,000 and IDR 300,000 depending on the variant. William also collaborated with creative figures in music, such as Al Ghazali and Danilla Riyadi, to campaign the spirit of 'Free your greatness' to the creative community, inspiring them to grow.

"That's why we collaborated with Al Ghazali and Danilla, as they are prominent creative icons in Indonesia," William said.

William emphasized that VUSE supports environmental sustainability through its recycling program for disposable variants. Therefore, he advised users of disposable VUSE variants to dispose of their waste at designated collection points to minimize waste.
