Shopify API - 24 November 2022

Vapeboss – Recently, disposable vapes have become popular among vapers. This is because disposable vapes are easy to use and budget-friendly, attracting many vapers to try them.

A disposable vape is a single-use vape that cannot be refilled (use-and-throw). These products can be used immediately after purchase, and their use is not too difficult. Disposable vape models and brands are also very diverse, coming in many flavor options and puff capacities from 500 to 6000 puffs.

However, what if you just bought a disposable vape but it doesn't work, meaning it's problematic? Well, in this article, we will provide some information to help you find out the reasons behind these problems. Make sure to read it all the way through!

There are several reasons why a disposable vape might not work when newly purchased or fresh out of the box:

Defective Unit – When a disposable vape doesn't work even though it was just opened from its sealed packaging, unfortunately, there's a possibility that the product is defective. Even if you try to puff it and there's no response and no vapor comes out, it means the product is indeed damaged. You can minimize such problems by buying disposable vapes from official brands with good reputations. You can also ask about the warranty at the place where you bought the product and claim it.

Weak, dead, or damaged battery – After just buying a disposable vape and trying one puff but no vapor comes out and the LED blinks several times, it means the disposable vape's battery is weak or dead. Such cases are rare, but still possible to encounter. The solution for this is to simply recharge the battery until it's full, but if the battery is damaged, you can claim the warranty as in the first point.

Leaking inside the unit – If your new disposable vape is already covered in liquid, it means there's a liquid leak in the unit. Leaking liquid that spreads everywhere can be a reason why the unit cannot be used. Therefore, the solution is not to buy disposable vapes whose seals are already detached or damaged, because most of the time, this happens with disposable vapes that have problematic seals.

Blocked airflow hole – If you've made sure there are no problems with your newly purchased disposable vape, but when you puff, it feels heavy and only produces very little vapor, you might have missed one thing: the airflow hole. Usually, the airflow hole looks like small dots located at the bottom or another area that can easily be covered when you hold the disposable vape. When covered, air cannot circulate properly, and as a result, the disposable vape cannot function as it should. Therefore, you need to pay attention to how you hold the disposable vape so that the airflow hole is not blocked by your hands.

This concludes today's article; we hope that it can help you with your disposable vape problems. Thank you for your attention, see you in the next article!
